When u first time leave lions arch there is Cynn, Devona, Aidan and Mhenlo outside with woman. Wait so that woman gives u a quest (The Ascalon Settlement), Cynn, Devona, Aidan and Mhenlo start following you. They will attack and heal u but if they kill u dont get exp and items. Before i talked to Captain Greywind in Ascalon settlement i made all other quests in that area and cynn, devona, aidan and mhenlo helped me. They are 10 times better than normal henchies. And then i suprised. Mhenlo healed my bone horrors too, i had 11 bone horrors when i normally have 4

So mhenlo is there really good for death magic necro. Here's pic, its bit small but i hope u can see mhenlo healing my bone horros in middle of them

Heh. That is very thoughtful of Mhenlo. I take it that Alesia will not perform this service for you?

Mormegil, the point is you can use this quest to "solo" the area and get more XP's and mad lewt. Just don't complete the quest and you can then keep redoing it as a sort of way to farm. I've not tried it, but I expect you can use them to help solo the ettins in the area, especially if you go try to do the lost pig quest where all the ettins come out--just don't complete that one either and you can keep doing it.

Worth trying out...

Thats only place where mhenlo does that. When he is henchman he only heals party members.

I'm no Sultan of GW, and while it's true that some discoveries are "exciting to share" and "interesting to read", this was not. I just didn't see the point in posting that, but I may be wrong.

hahaah. i run Cynn, Devona and company around Lion Arch's, and north kryta! I was surprise at how much damges each of them can do. It seem that you can't get any good drops or gold when they kill something?

U must make the final strike to get items and gold, if one of the npcs makes the final strike they get items, u still get all the treasures

But they are really helpful with making quests, like if u need to kill some1 hard boss they kill it in no time. In Graven Images i didnt even need to do anything and in Orrian Excavation they killed all clay mobs in few secs and i got all shards cuz they dont take quest items. Those are for every1.

BTW just so you all know, all healer henchies heal your undead minions, not just Mehnlo.
